Axis
Media Control
The AXIS Media Control, which enables you to view the GNB image
streams in Microsoft Internet Explorer, could not be registered
on your computer. Please check your security settings and try
again.

here if you receive the above error message.
If you have
followed the instructions from the PDF file referenced in the
above link (AXIS_error_msg.pdf) and you continue to receive the
above error message, please try one of the following instructions:
- Enter
here to download the necessary file.
- When
prompted from the File Download window, select "Open/Run".
- When
prompted from the WinZip Self Extractor window, select "Unzip".
- Click
"OK" on the next window that shows "6 files
unzipped successfully".
- Click
on the "Close" button.
- Navigate
to the newly created "C:\Temp\GNBKids" folder on
your computer.
- Double
click on the "GNB_Camera_manual_install.bat" file.
A black window
will appear and disappear very quickly. Once this is completed,
the necessary files have been successfully installed. If you did

file again. You should now be able to access the GNB cameras.
Received
an Error Message
It was not possible to start playing the stream. Check if the
stream can be transferred to this PC.
If you receive
the error message above, it should be reported to GNB immediately
as it may indicate a problem with the camera itself.
Camera
Speed Seems Slow
The
speed of the camera feed will vary depending on how many users
are actively viewing images. The feed will be faster with less
users and slower with more users. Additionally, the camera feed
will also be slower on a slow internet connection (i.e. dial-up)
or if your network/internet connection is having connectivity
issues.
